We are seeking a dedicated Pet Groomer to join us in the salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to a variety of animals, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. The candidate must be able to complete a full groom alone of all different breeds and styles. the position is a self employed roles, meaning you will work for yourself and have your own client base. Clients will be provided by the salon as there is a long waiting list.
Responsibilities
Performing grooming procedures such as bathing, trimming, clipping, and styling of pets in accordance with client preferences and breed standards
Ensuring the safety and well-being of animals during grooming sessions, including handling them gently and securely
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area by sanitising tools and equipment after each use
Assisting clients with questions regarding pet grooming needs and providing exceptional customer service
Experience
Previous experience in pet grooming salons.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
