What can you expect from the role?

As a Laurels Partner, you'll manage property sales from start to finish -- from building your personal brand within your exclusive postcodes, to handing over the keys on completion day. You'll deliver a 5-star service to every client, using our expert marketing team to showcase homes with standout photography and high-quality marketing that sets you apart. Establishing your name and brand in your local area takes dedication, and while it can take up to six months, put in the effort, do it right, and you'll establish yourself as the go-to agent in your area -- the one everyone turns to. Social media is one of the most effective ways to grow your brand -- and that's why every team member commits to posting at least three times a week. It's not just about visibility; it's about building trust and becoming a familiar name in your area. The goal is simple: when someone's ready to sell, you're the first person they think of.

What can you expect from us?

You will receive on going support, training and guidance from one of our dedicated directors here at Laurels. We have all training materials available at your fingertips, you will receive social media support as well as a sponsored ad which will help you grow your brand in your area. You will be allocated your own protected postcodes to sell out of which means you will earn money from every sale that completes in your postcodes! We offer quarterly training days for the entire team and a centrally located office you can access whenever you need, you'll always have the support and space to grow.

A Laurels Partner will receive:

The Process to Becoming a Partner

1. Initial Meeting

Arrange a confidential meeting with one of our team. (We like to meet face-to-face, and we are happy to come to you or host you at our Central London Hub.

2. Admin set up

A deposit is required when you join Laurels, as we invest in your development from day one. To protect this investment, 50% of your deposit will be refunded after your first six months with us, and the remaining 50% after 12 months. To set yourself up for success, it's important that you're ready to fully commit for at least the first six months. Once your details are finalised and your deposit has been received, we'll book in your start date, schedule your photoshoot, and sign the service agreement.

3. Launch Day

Typically done at our Central London Hub. We will introduce you to the team, set you up on the systems, launch your business on Social Media Channels and go through training files. You will have your photoshoot on this day too so your marketing material will be ordered when your pictures are back. We will help you make your business plan and structure for the first few weeks; this will give you an idea of how to obtain clients and get some properties on the market!
