Experienced 10/10 multi-skilled site General Builders / skilled home extension builders (self-employed basis) required with a range of skills in building extensions (as many aspects as possible for full extension projects). Small/medium developing company with high aspirations to tender both locally and nationally. We are looking for highly energised workers who are willing to demonstrate a 10/10 standard of speed with 'high-end' professional work finish & attitude on a daily basis.

We have a large client base, whereby we can be running up to 10 independent projects concurrently at any given time. Due to our in-house Architectural partnership and expansive client base, we have continuous work for the right candidate.

The role on offer would suit highly motivated individuals who have substantial experience in the domestic field which requires on-site flexibility and aptitude, but are still focused and driven to further their career; therefore, we encourage a desire, and offer the scope, to progress within the company for the right candidates who can demonstrate both a high level of momentum on site and a consistent quality finish.

Own vehicle and tools required for varied domestic building projects - specialising in domestic & commercial extensions. Located mainly in Leeds and the West Yorkshire region, but also spans to Greater Manchester and the south.

You should be skilled in building structures from ground level upwards, working independently from the Architectural Plans provided, liaising with either our in-house architect or others.

You should have all-round building abilities to a high standard in field of groundworks and bricklaying from DPC to roof,

as well as the ability to work within a team or solo. You should be able to work within the current Building Control legislation as a minimum. We are also recruiting for other skills and trades, so multi-skilled applicants are welcome (plumbing, plastering, etc).

Work ranges from roof works to single and two-storey extensions covering all other aspects of building (i.e. dormers and loft conversions) and refurbishments, both domestic and commercial. Must be able to build and maintain good relations with all customers. Excellent communication skills with clients and management are paramount.

All applicants will be asked to complete a simple 0 to 10 self-assessment, sent after a telephone interview.

Daily Pay Rate & 'Position' in Company (see below grading) to be discussed/agreed after a successful trial period and 'face to face' interview at our offices. 'Working Trial' periods will be determined through individual circumstances on a successful initial telephone interview with one of the BIM / Business Improvement Management team, whereby immediate starts are available for the right candidate.

Plus' candidate would fulfil the following criteria: A building site manager who also sits in upper management and serves as the lead liaison between site operations and the management team needs a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, strategic thinking, and diplomacy.

Pay: 135.00 - 155.00 per day

Drivers with their own suitable vehicles are essential.

Between 4 - 4.5 day working weeks are available, to accommodate different projects & pay levels - up to 6 days available during busy periods.

Opportunities for the right candidate to progress to a senior management role overseeing works in progress, as well as being 'on the tools'. Working alongside the Business Improvement Management team,
