Duties

Provide a range of services such as cutting, styling, colouring & treatments to meet the client's needs confidently Maintain a clean, tidy & organised work space Engage with clients, take part in answering the phone & greeting clients when they enter the salon. Make everyone feel welcome! Promote your own appointments & services across social media channels to gain more clients Get involved in team activities & events Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.

Qualifications

A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 hairdressing qualification Strong skills in, cutting, colouring, and styling techniques. Experience in client communication, being able to engage with all types of clients Familiarity with front desk operations within a salon environment, experience with online booking systems is a bonus! A passion for customer service, ensuring every client leaves satisfied with their experience Ability to work well within a team & help others when needed

Pay: 22,880.00-49,437.95 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
