Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hairdressing, with a minimum level 2 qualification.

We are an established salon of 23 years in a busy town with plenty of passing footfall. We have the benefit of a free car park next to the salon which also encourages clientele.

We are currently very busy and struggle to accommodate large colour work such as balyage/corrections etc. We also cannot accommodate any more late night or Saturday customers so to be able to work some of these hours would be a financial benefit should you choose.

We are a friendly supportive team who see ourselves more as family and we would love to find the right person to match our ethos, outlook and enthusiasm and to maintain the great reputation that we have in our area.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and barbering ( barbering not essential ) Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs Work as part of a team to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment for the salon benefit Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious working atmosphere Promote yourself through the use of our online media platforms and other methods of advertising ( we are happy to assist with this and want this to be a group effort ).

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Knowledge of current trends in hair styling Join our team and contribute your creativity while helping clients look their best!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 - 50 per week
