We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our vibrant salon at The Forge Shopping Centre, Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and service. Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, BIAB and nail art. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all work areas and tools. Offer personalised advice on nail care and colour choices to clients. Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process. Keep accurate records of services provided and products used. Promote retail products to clients to enhance their experience and support salon sales. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Strong communication skills in English are required. Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour. Relevant certification in nail technology or beauty therapy is preferred but not mandatory for all locations. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
