We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our Hub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nails and customer service, and will ideally have their own clientele, with the ability to deliver exceptional nail treatments in a welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your creativity and build lasting client relationships while working in a professional setting. The position is self employed where you will hire our space on a monthly basis and suitable for individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing clients' confidence through expert nail care.
Responsibilities
Providing a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art
Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all tools and workstations
Ensuring client comfort throughout treatments and delivering excellent customer service
Staying updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products
Managing appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity
Promoting additional services and retail products to clients as appropriate
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa environment
Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and courteously
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high-quality treatments and hygiene standards
Valid certification or licence relevant to nail technician services (where applicable)
