Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art. Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable nail designs and colour choices. Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised after each use. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen carefully to clients' needs. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times. Valid certification or qualification in nail technology or beauty therapy is mandatory.
