The Nail Technician will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails and biab. Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their appointment by delivering excellent customer service. Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference. Promote additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry through ongoing training.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a salon environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent communication skills in English to ensure clear understanding of client needs and instructions. Organised with attention to detail to deliver precise and high-quality nail treatments. Ability to work well within a team while also independently managing appointments efficiently. A recognised qualification in nail technology or beauty therapy is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
