About the Role
We are a growing lettings agency seeking an experienced Self-Employed Property Manager to support our portfolio of rental properties. This role is ideal for someone who wants full flexibility, runs their own business, and is confident managing property tasks independently.
You will be engaged on a contractor basis, paid per project/task, and free to set your own hours. You will manage your own workload and may work with other clients or agencies alongside us.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out mid-term inspections and deliver clear, professional reports
Manage tenant check-ins and check-outs
Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors
Respond to tenant maintenance issues (within agreed service levels)
Communicate with landlords regarding property condition and works
Ensure compliance items (e.g., gas certs, electrics) are up to date
Deliver a high standard of service while operating independently
What We're Looking For
Experience in property management or lettings (essential)
Strong organisation and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage your own workload and schedule
Access to your own vehicle, phone, and laptop
Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
Comfortable operating as an independent contractor
Professional indemnity/public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
