We're looking for a protection advisor to join our growing team. You will work alongside our mortgage advisers to ensure that all clients are fully advised on their options to protect themselves and their families.

We are professional, engaging and customer-centric Mortgage brokerage. We specialise in regulated and unregulated mortgages including commercial finance.

Our Mortgage advisors receive leads from our extensive list of estate agent and new build sites, offering an excellent opportunity to arrange plans for new buyers or rebroke existing protection plans.

We have an extensive book of clients that are always receptive to an in-depth review of their protection needs.

Our Advisors work hard to sign post all needs for our protection specialist, they are renumerated to ensure warm leads are passed over.

What we can offer you:

Uncapped commission - you will be provided with a good volume of warm leads directly from the mortgage advisers. current submission levels 220,000 - 280,000 per annum for current advisor Company Pension Scheme Admin support A friendly and relaxed office environment if choosing to opt for hybrid role
Key Responsibilities for a Protection Advisor

Managing your own work schedule to ensure your clients get the best communication and service Discussing protection options with clients in detail to establish the best recommendation for each client Submitting protection applications to insurers liaising with insurers to get terms for policies Excellent track record in compliance/ file quality
Skills and experience required:

Positive and professional attitude in the workplace CeMap qualified or equivalent Strong track record in the protection sector, where a high submission to on risk conversion can be shown. 1 years or more experience as a protection advisor Motivated to be successful and maintain a strong relationship with clients. Able to work independently, and manage your own workload

Pay: 30,000.00-80,000.00 per year
