Job Description

:

Assist clients in obtaining a mortgage by analysing their financial situation and recommending suitable mortgage products Assist the clients to ensure they are fully protected in relation to all their mortgage needs Collect and review financial documents from clients to determine their eligibility for a mortgage Calculate mortgage payments, interest rates, and other relevant financial information Guide clients through the mortgage application process, explaining the terms and conditions of different mortgage options Collaborate with mortgage lenders to ensure timely and accurate processing of the clients applications Maintain knowledge of current mortgage regulations and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice to clients Build and maintain relationships with introducers to generate new business opportunities

Requirements:

CeMap or equivalent CAS for a minimum of 1 year in Specialist Mortgages Up to date experience in the mortgage industry essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Experience with mortgage software and sourcing systems
