We are seeking a reliable and professional Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and organisation. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to navigate various routes within the area.

Duties

Drive passengers to their desired destinations in a safe and timely manner. Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, ensuring regular checks on fuel, oil, and other essential systems. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes and local attractions as needed. Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly. Assist passengers with lifting of luggage or other items when required. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times, both inside and out. Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to management.

Experience

A valid driving licence with a clean driving record is required; commercial driving experience is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with passengers effectively. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while ensuring passenger safety and comfort. Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns is beneficial for efficient route planning. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 800.00-1,500.00 per week
