Self Employed Telesales Specialist

We're now looking for a Telesales Specialist to drive new growth by following up warm leads, upselling customers, engaging prospects from our direct mail campaigns, and closing valuable deals. You'll play a key role in turning interest into revenue, while keeping records accurate in our CRM and working closely with our Customer Happiness team to ensure smooth onboarding.

What You'll Do



Follow up quickly with inbound leads to qualify and convert opportunities Follow up quickly with customer enquiries to convert upsell opportunities Call prospects from our direct mail campaigns to build rapport and generate sales Present solutions clearly and transparently, keeping things simple for customers Handle objections and close deals in line with our values and targets Submit deals with complete and accurate paperwork to avoid delays Track all conversations and updates in our CRM Collaborate with Customer Happiness to ensure a seamless handover for onboarding Identify upsell opportunities and maximise deal value through long-term relationships

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development A confident communicator who enjoys building trust and closing sales A self-starter who can stay motivated and manage their own pipeline Excellent organisation and attention to detail, you know the importance of accurate records Resilience and drive to meet and exceed sales targets in a high-performance culture
