Self-employed Conveyancer.

We pay 250 per file. Target completions 20 per month.

Earnings 60,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, ensuring smooth transactions for our clients. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the buying and selling of properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish for residential and commercial properties. Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to ensure all legal requirements are met. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide clear communication to clients regarding their rights and obligations during the transaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process. Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered legal executive 4 years pqe Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the property sector. Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms. Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other relevant technology.
