We have a newly created position for Semi Senior Accountant to join our Barnsley office.
Due to the highly varied client base, the successful candidate will develop great exposure across all areas of accounting, coupled with working within a highly supportive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicants must have developed a minimum of 3 year's experience working within the accountancy profession along with experience in the preparation of accountants through to final review.
Applications from individuals who have developed suitable experience from within the accountancy profession but have decided not to pursue formal studies are also highly encouraged.
Supporting the senior management team, duties of the Semi Senior Accountant will include the following:
Preparation of Statutory accounts to Manager/Partner review
Client Bookkeeping
Preparation of Personal Tax returns
Preparation of VAT returns
Preparation of Corporate Tax Returns
Develop experience in the use of cloud accounting products
Salary Package
Salary - Circa 28,000
23 days holiday plus stats
