Contrast Accounting trading as Accrue Accounting, is looking for a semi-senior to come in to their growing Derby office and provide excellent service to clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Assisting in managing a client portfolio, reporting directly into the portfolio manager, training and development provided to progress through to this level yourself. Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns VAT returns reviews Reviewing client records Handling inbound queries from clients, and delivering great client service

About you

We would look for the following experience:

At least two year's experience within an Accounting firm, or similar AAT qualified/late studier or working towards ACCA/ACA. Experience of FreeAgent and/or Xero is advantageous. Attention to detail and accuracy Commercially aware and able to understand the business impact of your role and actions Self-motivated and proactive

Our hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and this job is being advertised as full-time and permanent.

Pay: 28,000.00-34,000.00 per year
