We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various projects that require precision and attention to detail. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring the successful completion of tasks within the specified timelines. Candidate will preferably have experience in the fabrication and welding industry. weekend overtime work will be often available.
Role is based in our deeside workshop and onsite where transport will be provided.
Duties
assist in the workshop to cut materials prior to being fabricated
UK driving licence for delivery and collection of equipment
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Perform basic maths calculations for measurements and material requirements.
Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimise risks in the workplace.
Skills
full UK driving licence
Experience with fabrication and assembly processes.
Some mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operation and maintenance.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the field of skilled labour.
