The Role:
We are seeking a Skilled or Semi-Skilled Fabricator Welder to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing various batch items using jigs, ensuring accuracy and quality while meeting planned time scales. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication and welding of batch items from jigs and technical drawings.
Working to planned production schedules and meeting deadlines.
Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Working collaboratively within a team to meet production targets.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in fabrication and welding (MIG experience) .
Ability to work from technical drawings and use jigs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications or apprenticeship background.
