Skilled Laborer
Duties:
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in construction, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and specifications to complete assigned tasks.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment necessary for the job.
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled labor role.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to the job.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
