A well-established and growing accountancy practice with is looking for a Semi-Senior or Senior Accountant to join its friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified ACA or ACCA accountant, or a qualified AAT currently studying towards ACA/ACCA, who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Role Responsibilities
Preparing year-end accounts for a wide range of clients, predominantly owner-managed businesses.
Completing corporation tax and personal tax returns.
Managing bookkeeping, VAT returns and periodic management accounts.
Supporting audit work (if applicable to your background).
Communicating directly with clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
Assisting with supervision and development of junior team members, where appropriate.
Personal Requirements
Newly qualified ACA or ACCA, or AAT qualified and actively studying ACA/ACCA.
Solid experience within a UK accountancy practice.
Competent in accounting and tax compliance for SMEs.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, adaptable team player with attention to detail.
