About the Role
MBS Builders Aberdeen is looking for reliable and hard-working
Semi-Skilled Labourers
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience on construction or renovation sites who can support trades, keep work areas tidy, and assist with a variety of tasks across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities
Assist trades on domestic and commercial building sites Keep sites
clean, safe, and tidy
at all timesLoading and unloading materials
Clearing waste and rubbish
from sites Deliver materials to various jobs Drive team members to different sites when required Maintain and organise thebusiness storage unit and yard
(regular clean-ups and checks) Use basic tools safely and effectively Support painters, joiners, and builders where neededRequirements
Experience working on
building or construction sites
Knowledge of: Basic painting and decorating Basic joinery Using common hand toolsFull UK driving licence
(required) Ability to transport staff to sites when needed Reliable, punctual, and physically fit Good teamwork and communication skillsWhat We Offer
