About the role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and behavioural needs
Implement positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to adapt learning and interventions
Create a safe, structured environment that promotes emotional regulation and engagement
