21,500 per annum

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant

to join a specialist primary school in Crawley, where every day you'll make a real difference.

About the role:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and behavioural needs Implement positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to adapt learning and interventions Create a safe, structured environment that promotes emotional regulation and engagement

Strong behaviour management skills and experience in SEN settings Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach Ability to build trust and positive relationships with pupils A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child's development
