Clearly Education is an experienced Education Recruitment agency who are seeking individuals looking to build upon their experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in the

Ashford/Staines

and surrounding areas.

Location: Guildford

Role: Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant

Requirements:

Must have relevant experience working in childcare.

Must have a clear understanding of safeguarding children, Prevent and FGM, or be willing to undergo relevant training prior to beginning work.

The appointed candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS.

Ideally have a qualification in childcare level 2/3 but will consider those who are eager to learn and have a passion for supporting and teaching children.

Ideally have some experience with SEN children.

Responsibilities:

- Keep children safe, ensuring their health and wellbeing needs are met.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with school staff, parents and children.

- Represent Clearly Education when planning and delivering activities where applicable.

- Support and promote equality and diversity in different settings.

- Be willing to travel to different local settings where necessary.
