Primary School Teaching Assistant
to support a welcoming and inclusive primary school inBradford
. This is afull-time
role within the school'sonsite provision
, working closely with students who haveAutism, ADHD, and other Special Educational Needs (SEN)
.You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of SEN requirements, helping them access learning and thrive in a nurturing environment. The school is seeking someone who is
compassionate, resilient, and confident
in managing behaviour and adapting to individual needs.Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism, ADHD, and other SEN. Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students in both classroom and 1:1 settings. Help manage behaviour and promote emotional regulation strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism and ADHD. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to commit to a full-time, long-term role. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Justteachers).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 95.00-115.00 per day
