Your Role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language).
Adapt resources and learning strategies to meet individual needs.
Foster confidence, independence, and positive relationships.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure every child thrives.

Experience supporting children with SEND.
