We are seeking a

compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)

to join our dedicated team.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, ranging from Autism, DLD, ADHD and Cognitive Global Delay.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties). Assist in planning and delivering personalised learning activities. Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development. Liaise with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support pupil progress. Record and monitor pupil achievements and provide feedback to staff and parents.

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs. Calm, caring, and resilient, with excellent communication skills. Able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues. Flexible and proactive in supporting learning. Ideally experienced in working with children with SEN (though full training will be provided for the right candidate).

Qualifications (desirable but not essential):



Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Experience working in a school or SEN setting. Knowledge of EHCPs, differentiation, or behaviour support strategies.

Pay: 98.00-105.00 per day
