A vibrant and nurturing Primary school in Enfield is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive support team.

This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), contributing to a warm and supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

The Role:



Supporting children with complex needs on a

2:1 basis

or in

small groups



Helping teachers deliver fun, engaging lessons that every child can understand

Working with the SENCO to put support plans in place and monitor progress

Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

Personal care

will be part of the role

What the school is looking for:



Has experience working with children or young people (SEND experience is desirable)

Can communicate well and build warm, trusting relationships

Is patient, flexible, and able to stay calm in a busy school environment

Genuinely enjoys helping children grow and succeed
