SEN Teaching Assistant

to provide

1?2?1 support

to pupils who need extra help with communication, engagement, social skills and classroom learning. This is a brilliant opportunity to become a key part of a child's daily success story.


The Role

This is a full?time role supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including communication difficulties, developmental delays, sensory needs or autism.


Your daily responsibilities will include:


Providing patient, structured 1?2?1 support Helping children stay engaged, focused and confident Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour Adapting learning activities to suit individual needs Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support team Celebrating the small wins that lead to big progress
This role is perfect for someone who brings warmth, consistency and creativity into their work.

Previous SEN experience
