We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Reception pupil in Enfield. The pupil has an EHCP, is autistic, and presents with speech and language difficulties. She is a very happy and playful child who responds well to a nurturing and structured environment.

About the Role

Full-time position, starting as soon as possible Working 1:1 with a Reception pupil to support her learning, social and emotional development Delivering tailored activities that promote communication, interaction and engagement Supporting learning through play, consistent with EYFS approaches Personal care may be required (to be confirmed)
Candidate Requirements

Experience in EYFS and child-centred learning approaches Understanding of autism and strategies to support children with communication needs Patient, caring and creative, with the ability to engage young learners Strong communication skills to work effectively with teachers, therapists and parents
