Special Educational Needs Supply Agency (SENSA)

is a specialist supply company whose mission is to provide special needs schools with high-quality interim and supply staff so that they continue to provide a high-quality education for every child regardless of the staffing challenges they may face.

We care deeply about ensuring we achieve our mission and are currently looking for Teachers and Teaching Assistant's. The schools we are currently working with are based in Birmingham

If you are passionate about making a difference and would like to be part of the SENSA team, we would be interested in hearing from you. Whilst we are ideally looking for experienced staff who have worked in schools before we are also keen to recruit staff who may not have worked in this field before but demonstrate our core values of integrity, ambition, compassion and respect.

As part of our programme, you will receive

specialist training

so that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet the diverse needs of children.

Our day rates vary from 100 - 150

dependent on your experience and qualifications.
