SEN Teaching Assistant

to join their friendly team. This is a

general classroom TA role

with a strong focus on supporting pupils with additional needs -- perfect for someone with excellent SEN experience who loves being hands?on in the classroom.


Whether you've supported ASD, speech & language needs, anxiety, sensory needs or learning delays, the school would love someone who can bring empathy, consistency and a gentle approach to their children.

The Role

------------

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work in a general classroom role across EYFS or KS1/KS2 while giving additional support to pupils with SEN needs.


Your day might include:


Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups Helping pupils with communication, routines and confidence Adapting classroom tasks to make learning accessible Providing emotional support and reassurance where needed Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO Celebrating every bit of progress -- big or small

SEN experience
