Key Responsibilities



1:1 & Group Support:

deliver targeted interventions to ensure students with Special Educational Needs engage fully with school life.

Adaptive Learning:

Collaborate with teachers to modify resources and tailor activities to individual learning styles.

Emotional Support:

Use positive behaviour strategies and adaptive communication to manage anxiety and boost student confidence.

Holistic Care:

Support students with personal care and social routines, promoting well-being and dignity.

Team Collaboration:

Work alongside therapists and staff to maintain a consistent, supportive approach for every child.

Resilient & Adaptable:

You can think on your feet and respond quickly to changing needs.

Knowledgeable:

You understand SEN strategies (Social Stories, PECs, etc.) and how to apply them.

Experienced:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential; specific experience supporting students with Autism is highly desirable.

Team Player:

You communicate clearly and contribute to a positive team culture.
