What You Need to Succeed
The successful candidate will be dealing with a range of administration duties to support the SENDCO and Deputy SENDCO.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who is very well organised, can cope well under pressure and can multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
Applicants must demonstrate that they have:
An efficient and positive approach in a busy environment;
Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication skills on all levels, including proofreading;
Excellent IT and organisational skills;
Appropriate experience in administration;
Proven track record of effective working within a team;
Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and in line with organisational requirements;
Motivation and enthusiasm to learn new skills and quickly acquire new areas of knowledge
The ability to interact effectively with staff, parents/carers, students and outside agencies in a confident and professional manner
The ability to use own initiative where appropriate
