Are you a driven Education Recruitment professional with a passion for SEND and a proven track record in billing and team leadership?
We are looking for a Billing Manager to lead from the front, driving success on your own desk while inspiring and coaching a growing team.
You'll play a key role in our ambitious growth plans, managing day-to-day operations, mentoring consultants, and building lasting client relationships in Primary, Secondary, SEN, and Non-Teaching sectors. You'll also ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards, setting the benchmark for quality and performance.
