Willowbrook School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Specialist SEND Teacher to lead and develop our Communication & Interaction (C&I) provision as part of our expanding SEND offer.
This is a unique opportunity to shape an inclusive, forward-thinking curriculum that supports some of our most vulnerable learners within a mainstream setting.
As part of our evolving SEND strategy, you will:
Lead a small, specialist class focused on C&I needs
Support whole-school development of inclusive practice
Deliver targeted interventions and staff training
Contribute to our vision for enhanced onsite SEND provision
Support curriculum development and delivery for Cognition & Learning.
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in inclusive primary education and C&I strategies
