Carry Care

is a leading transport provider based in Edwinstowe, NG21, specialising in

Special Educational Needs (SEN) transport

. We work closely with local authorities to ensure children and young people get to school safely and reliably.

We're now looking for an experienced

SEN Administrator / Manager

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily SEN transport operations in line with schedules and contracts Deploy staff and vehicles efficiently to meet service demands Ensure full compliance with local authority frameworks and legal obligations Monitor service quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness Maintain strong communication with local authority contacts Lead and support the SEN team, ensuring high standards and adherence to company policies

What We're Looking For:

Experience in transport operations or resource planning (SEN or local authority transport) preferred Understanding of legal and compliance requirements in passenger transport Organised, detail-oriented, and financially astute Confident team leader with excellent communication skills Knowledge of local authority frameworks is highly desirable

What We Offer:

Competitive salary:

28,500 - 35,000
