A Senior Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Division) is responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process by combining sales, consulting, candidate sourcing and relationship management by managing a new business pipeline whilst having a clear understanding of client needs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities to Include:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and market research.
Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
Developing market knowledge and expertise to build a sales pipeline and develop new customers
Sourcing qualified candidates and supporting them throughout the whole recruitment process
Supporting the development of processes through your recruitment knowledge
Advertising and promoting roles via various media sources
Attending recruitment fairs throughout Europe to develop the available candidate pool
Innovating your recruitment style to meet the varying customer needs
To manage the expectations of the client and candidate maintaining regular contact
Monitoring the service provided to your clients
Ensure relationships and retention of clients and candidates are kept to a high standard
Encourage the full range of JMC's recruitment services
Keep all records accurate and current on the Microdec
Conduct telephone/face-to-face interviews with candidates
Grow the company database of candidates to fulfil client requirements
Visit clients as and when required
Help with candidate queries that are raised
To meet or exceed agreed targets with line manager
Act within JMC's best interests in terms of margins and profitability
To provide support to team members and other parts of the company as required
Keep up to date with market trends and industry movements affecting your sector of recruitment
Other duties as directed by Line Manager

Obtain accurate job descriptions, person specifications and other information required to ensure accurate recruitment
Ensure all candidates have the right to work in the country they are applying for
Adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes
Ensure all candidates have a thorough understanding of the role and are committed before submitting a CV
Follow through with every step of the long permanent process
Person Specification
Essential:
A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience within the recruitment sector for permanent placements
Proven track record of success and strong billing history
New business driven to maintain a strong pipeline of roles
A driving licence, passport and willingness to travel within the Europe
Commitment and determination to deliver great results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong interviewing skills
Strong administration and organisational skills
Being able to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
Attention to detail is essential
Professional telephone manner
Flexibility within the role
Customer focus
Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
Good IT skills and knowledge of social media platforms
