The Role - What You'll Be Doing:

You'll step into a high-trust, client-facing position where you'll:

Review & finalise accounts, CT600s & SATRs (FRS102 level) Lead year-end client meetings and explain financials in plain English Handle queries from HMRC & clients with confidence Guide and support our brilliant offshore team Get trained in Value Gap reports to help clients spot income-boosting opportunities Collaborate closely with the director and wider team in a tight-knit, friendly setup

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

2+ years of UK Accountancy Practice experience

Know your way around

Xero

(and connected apps) Are confident leading client meetings and reviews Are proactive, supportive, and genuinely give a sht
