WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This isn't your standard, grey-suit accountant role. We're looking for someone who's ready to bring their A-game and take everything they know about accountancy and business advisory to the next level.

You'll be:

Our clients' go-to guru for all things tax, accounts, and straight-talking business advice (Never done business advisory before? No problem - if you've got the willingness to learn, we'll train you up) Preparing and reviewing financial statements and updating management accounts (in-office and sometimes on-site) Managing client work like a boss and keeping projects flowing smoothly Supporting junior team members and being an all-around legend to work with Asking smart questions, pushing the boundaries, and never settling for "meh"

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You've got

at least 5 years' experience in a practice

, and you're ready to own it.

Some extra brownie points if you also bring:

Solid UK tax/accounting knowledge (you know your stuff and can explain it without jargon) Confidence to chat with clients about their goals, struggles, and dreams Workflow wizardry - juggling deadlines without dropping the ball Software savvy - you've used accounting systems and Microsoft Office in your sleep Project management skills (or at least the desire to be more organised than your mate's holiday WhatsApp group) Curiosity and drive to keep learning and growing (you don't coast)

Monday to Thursday, 8:00-5:15. Fridays are yours
