Job Description
Simman Solicitors, a respected SQM-accredited firm in South Croydon, is seeking an experienced Level 2 IAAS Accredited Senior Immigration Caseworker to join their new Hayes office at Machine Works, 5 Pressing Lane, UB3 1FD.
Requirements:
IAAS Level 2 Senior Caseworker, registered with the Law Society Proven experience in publicly funded Immigration Law Strong knowledge of Refugee and Asylum Law, including Detention, Fast Track, appeals, and judicial reviews Experience taking instructions, preparing cases, and tribunal advocacy (preferred) Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills Strong time management, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure Professional, proactive, and target-driven approach
Responsibilities:
Deliver Immigration and Asylum LAA contracts Conduct appeals and judicial reviews in tribunals and higher courts Maintain billing, costing, and case management procedures Participate in monthly file reviews and related duties
Salary:
Negotiable, depending on experienceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Hayes UB3 1FD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
IAAS Immigration Accredited Caseworker - Level 2: 2 years (required) Legal Aid Immigration: 1 year (required)
