PJS Telecoms & Utilities are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced, organised, and self-driven
Senior Administration Manager
to join our busy and professional team at our Burscough office.
This is a pivotal role, suited to someone with strong administrative and coordination experience, capable of working independently, managing complex workloads, and supporting multi-site project activities within the telecommunications sector. You'll act as the central hub of communication and admin control for project delivery, supporting both office and field-based teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the full administrative lifecycle of multiple telecoms projects
Schedule and monitor internal operatives and suppliers across multiple sites
Track and manage client workstreams from initial survey through to final handover
Forecast and maintain work schedules, tracking progress, dependencies and deadlines
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines
Maintain close communication with engineers, field teams, and clients to support smooth project delivery
Attend client meetings and conference calls to provide updates on project status and deliverables
Prepare and process project completion documentation, including timesheets and reports
Support the preparation of Health & Safety documentation and job packs
Ensure client KPIs and SLAs are consistently met and maintained
Skills & Experience:
Strong background in administration and coordination, ideally within telecoms, utilities or construction
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Advanced MS Excel skills (including generating exception reports), plus solid knowledge of Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
High attention to detail, accuracy and process compliance
Professional and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused
