Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative tasks within the office, supporting the construction team, and coordinating between different departments.



Administrative & Office Upkeep



? Assisting with office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Document Management



? Organizing and maintaining project files (received files, client correspondence)

? Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence

? Filing reports, safety records, and changes

Project Coordination Support



? Assisting project managers with schedules and timelines

? Communicate with clients, conveying delivery dates and timescales.

Communication & Liaison



? Acting as a go-between for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

? Managing emails, calls, and scheduling meetings

? Communicating updates or changes to relevant parties

? marketing teams. Supporting where required

Procurement & Inventory Support

? Assisting in ordering materials and tracking deliveries

? Coordinating with suppliers and vendors

? Keeping inventory records up to date

Financial Admin Support

? Assisting with timesheet collection and policing, ensuring they are submitted by surveyors

on time and correctly.

HR & Compliance Tasks



? Helping onboard new employees or subcontractors

? Maintaining records for certifications, licenses, and training

? Responsible for daily employee checks and population of bonus scheme tracker

Office Management



? Keeping the office supplies stocked and organized

? Maintaining a clean, professional workspace

? Supporting management and field teams with day-to-day needs

? Assisting with the day to day fleet management

? Assist with regular equipment checks and the day to day checking in/out of equipment. Ensuring they are completed on a daily basis

? Assisting in conducting equipment checks and managing logistics to ensure the smooth execution of servicing operations

? Provide support as needed with our other companies communications and order management, including liaising with both customers and suppliers

You will have:

Previous experience in administration or office management Strong attention to detail and excellent time management Confident communication skills and a professional manner Good IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office The ability to prioritise and multitask effectively Salary 26,000 - 30,000 per annum Full-time 45-hour week, 8am-5pm, with hybrid flexibility Friendly, collaborative team environment
