Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 39 working weeks

The Role
We are seeking an outstanding individual to be responsible for the front office and administrative function of the school. To line manage the administration team and provide effective administrative support for the senior leaders and school staff.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the full administrative function across the school and for all school events, including parents' evenings, school photographers, school dinners and school trips;
Undertake the maintenance of the school student database and collection of pupil data and provide statistical reports;
Collate staff additional hours and expenses for appropriate approval and central payment;
Assist the Central People and Culture Team with administration of new and existing staff including processing DBS Checks, recording staff absences, processing leavers and monitoring the SCR;

We're looking for you if you have:
Significant recent experience in an administrative role, preferably within a school or educational setting.
Experience of communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders (parents, staff, external agencies)
Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) and their application within a school setting
Basic knowledge of HR procedures (e.g. recruitment administration, absence management)
