About the Role



As Meter Data Management Senior Administrator you will play an integral role within the Meter Data Management Team, focusing on work allocation, escalations, reporting and any project driven work.





You will support the team in carrying out operational processes whilst ensuring training is provided where needed and support other members of the team with both internal and external escalations. You will work closely with the Team Manager to provide reporting on areas not captured within MI and ensure the team are on track to hit year end targets and industry SLAs.





This is a Hybrid role assigned to our Leeds office where the successful candidate would be based two days a week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.




Key Responsibilities:




Liaising with our designated 3rd Parties by attending operational calls to escalate any issues and be a feedback loop into the team Supporting the team and our frontline customer service to resolve queries Support the team with day to day processes ensuring we are adhering to any SLAs Assist the Team Manager with work allocation according to team responsibilities and level of experience, and to provide technical assistance to others ensuring that customer queries are resolved within service levels and performance targets are met First point of escalation within the team for queries both internal and external then managing these through to resolution Support the team with training needs, using the skills matrix to identify where cross training is required Work alongside Team Manager to collate reporting for any meetings required and provide visibility where MI reports are not in use Assisting in complying with Ofgem, BEIS and DCC requests for information and reports on progress on an adhoc basis Play a key role within any audit activities required to be carried out by the team, attending audit meetings and collating any evidence required. Own all testing responsibilities within the team and ensure these are carried out when required for changes to be made in systems Updating process documentation where changes are required and ensure documentation is reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis as a minimum Full involvement with any Data Cleansing Activities planned so these can then be actioned by the team and monitored Assist with internal projects and focus groups where required as a subject matter exper



Knowledge and Skills:




Excellent numerical Skills Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders Microsoft Office Proficient (intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred) Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads, adhering to deadlines Practical approach to problem solving with a 'right first time' motive Self-motivated and able to motivate other

Experience within a similar role within the Energy sector, desirable
