We are seeking an experienced and driven aesthetic practitioner to join our established medic-led clinic just outside Birmingham City Centre.
This role not only involves delivering high-quality treatments but also includes assistant management responsibilities, requiring strong leadership, sales focus, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should hold at least a Level 4 Laser and IPL qualification (or equivalent) and have a proven track record in sales-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical & Client Care
- Conduct advanced aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, face and body treatments, body sculpting, micro-needling, and laser hair removal.
- Provide personalized consultations, understanding client needs, and recommending tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and hygiene.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products.
- Keep accurate client records and treatment plans for follow-ups.
Sales & Business Growth
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell treatments and products through a consultative sales approach.
- Support the clinic manager in following up sales opportunities
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract new clients including actively participating in photography and videography for use on various social media platforms.
Deputy Management Duties
- Support the clinic manager in daily operations, including staff coordination and scheduling.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior practitioners.
- Help maintain clinic efficiency, always ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Contribute to team meetings, providing insights on performance, sales strategies, and service improvements.
- General operational support for the clinic manager
Requirements and Experience
- Minimum Level 4 qualification in Laser and IPL or equivalent (essential).
- A degree in aesthetics or level 6 equivalent (beneficial).
- Proven experience in chemical peels, face/body treatments, body sculpting, micro-needling, and laser hair removal.
- Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets in a consultative sales environment.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills - must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Leadership potential with the ability to support management tasks.
- Professional, presentable, and personable with a warm, client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the aesthetic industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as senior aesthetic therapist.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: 16.25-17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
