Your Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality

Python applications

, with a focus on AI-driven solutions. Design and implement scalable, efficient

RESTful APIs using FastAPI

. Leverage

Generative AI techniques and frameworks

to build innovative products and enhance existing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Write comprehensive

unit tests

to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Contribute to documentation and foster knowledge-sharing within the team. Continuously optimize code for performance and scalability.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a

Python Developer

, with strong proficiency in

Python libraries and frameworks.

Solid understanding of

FastAPI

, asynchronous programming, and API design. Strong testing skills with tools like

pytest, unittest

, or similar. Practical experience with

LangChain

and conversational AI models. Hands-on experience with GenAI agent frameworks such as

LangGraph, LangFlow, AutoGen

, etc. Knowledge of

ReAct agent framework

, LLM patterns, and

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

techniques. Familiarity with deploying AI agents on

MCP servers

, including memory management and agent optimization. Experience integrating GenAI tools within agent frameworks for advanced AI capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a balance of independence and collaboration. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills

Experience with the

.NET framework

and related technologies. Familiarity with the

Azure cloud platform

and services.
