Our Architecture team has a great opportunity for a Senior Technician - Architecture to join the business, working on exciting and highly regulated projects in various sectors including Industrial, Public Sector, Custodial, and Science and Technology, Power or Defence.

About You





As a Senior Technician - Architecture, you will have extensive experience of generating high quality, accurate and detailed design packages. You will have the knowledge and understanding of the latest industry standard software. You will be able to deliver high quality outputs.




Key Purpose




To be responsible for discrete packages of work under the supervision of a Senior Architect or Principal Technician To provide appropriate levels of Architectural design to a range of different projects.



Key Deliverables





Be responsible for the production of fully co-ordinated discipline specific 3D models, general arrangement, and detailed drawings per the relevant standards and procedures


Work closely with other members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient and buildable solutions Ensure quality of delivery when producing or updating drawings to internal and/or customer standards Mentoring and training of junior level staff within the team High level of proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit 3D software and a working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD 2D as a minimum Knowledge of current UK technical standards/publications and legislation requirements Demonstratable knowledge of the construction process and co-ordination experience
