We are seeking a dedicated Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in translating architectural concepts into detailed technical drawings and models, supporting project development from initial design through to construction documentation. Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as Revit, prts of Autocad, and Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with architects and project managers to produce accurate construction documentation and presentation materials. Assist in the preparation of design proposals, visualisations, and technical reports. Support project management tasks by organising schedules, tracking revisions, and ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with building regulations. Conduct site visits when necessary to gather measurements and assess project progress. Maintain organised digital files and documentation for all project phases.

Qualifications

Proven experience or strong familiarity with Cad software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Proficiency in 3D modelling tools including Revit. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite applications for presentation purposes. Knowledge of project management principles within architectural or construction projects. Understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. A recognised qualification in architecture or a related field is preferred but not essential for internship positions.
