Senior Architectural Technologist - Revit / UK Building Regulations

We're now seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team and help take the business to the next level.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on position for an experienced technologist ready to take ownership of projects and play a key role in shaping our technical standards as we grow.

You'll lead the production of detailed Revit models and technical packages, liaise with consultants and clients, and ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the production of detailed Revit-based technical drawings and specifications Maintain fully coordinated models and drawing outputs across all project stages Manage coordination with consultants and third parties (SAP, BREL, SBEM, Part O, Part E, soil investigations, party wall, etc.) through our trusted network of specialists Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordinated project delivery Oversee Building Control submissions and Principal Designer duties Review and oversee work produced by others, providing feedback and guidance to maintain drawing quality and consistency Lead projects from tender through to completion, ensuring timelines, compliance, and design intent are upheld

About You

Minimum 5 years' experience in UK architectural practice (8+ preferred) Strong Revit proficiency (essential) MCIAT-qualified, working toward chartership, or demonstration of high level of competency Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing Confident managing technical delivery, consultant coordination, and QA processes Excellent communication and mentoring skills Ambitious, proactive, and collaborative - this will be a high growth role for the right candidate
